Yes. Many buildings combine a recurring cleaning program with seasonal pressure washing, parkade cleaning and handyman repairs under one agreement, with one point of contact.
How do your quotes work?
We look at the building — in person for recurring work, sometimes from photos for small repairs — then send a written scope with a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Are you insured and registered with WorkSafeBC?
Yes. We're WorkSafeBC registered, bonded and carry $5M in general liability insurance. We provide certificates for your records and the details you need to request a WorkSafeBC clearance letter.
